At the Adeptist, we believe in our products and we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you receive your product and are unsatisfied with it, simply return the product for a full refund (less shipping charges)* within 30 days of purchase. If you do decide you’d like to make a return, please ship the product 4746 Franklin Dr. Boulder, CO 80301. Please follow up with an email to support@theadeptist.com with your order number and your reason for making the return. Please note that at this time, we do not provide free return shipping labels.       

Order Confirmation

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you that you have been pre-authorized for the purchase and that we have begun the process of preparing your order. 

Order Shipment

Orders typically ship within 7 days from the purchase date. It is likely that your order will ship before that, however, depending on seasonality, this may fluctuate. If you have not received confirmation that your order has been shipped after 7 days, feel free to follow up with us by emailing support@theadeptist.com

Free Shipping on Orders over $125!

We offer FREE shipping on all United States orders at or above $125. This excludes international orders, as well as wholesale orders.  

Damages

We make sure to package our products well to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. However, in the rare circumstance that they become damaged during the shipping process, we ask that you notify us immediately by emailing support@theadeptist.com so that we can file an insurance claim and work on replacing your products ASAP.
