1:1 Sessions
An Adeptist does not heal you. She simply holds space while you awaken your inner healer—so that you may heal yourself.
Within my 1:1 spaces, you will be met with compassion, sisterhood, and feminine-led, womb-centered support.
While I may offer tools and practices to support our work together, I hold firm to the truth that your healing is between you and Spirit. No one outside of you can heal you. Anyone who claims to have the thing to heal you is not speaking the truth.
What I have found in the most profound and transformative spaces is this: true healing happens in the presence of love, with the direction of Spirit.
Love is the medicine. Beneath all tools, methods, and techniques, the foundation of our work is love—never fear, rejection, or judgment. And when we work from love, the tools we use become activated by its transformative power.
But it is never the tool itself. It is you—your willingness to meet yourself and to offer love and attention to the parts of you that are asking for it.
In this way, you are the medicine—this is the heart of our work together.
Below are the areas of study I have immersed myself in—felt within the work we do together.
- Womb & women’s health
- Women’s rewilding
- Herbalism
- Shamanic & Plant Medicine
- Functional Medicine
- Mind-Body Healing
- Vedic Sciences
Womb-centered & earth-integrated
While working together is unique journey for each woman, common themes we explore include:
Reconnecting to Your Womb & Feminine Power – Deepen your relationship with your menstrual cycle and embody the wisdom your womb space.
Emotional & Ancestral Healing – Release stored trauma, inherited patterns, and emotional blockages—many of which are held in the womb space.
Healing the Witch Wound – Unravel the ways you’ve suppressed your gifts, cut off from your sexual energy, judged or distanced yourself from other women, rejected men/the masculine or disembodied for safety.
Yin Cultivation & Embodiment Practices – Shift from the mind into the body through feminine movement, self-touch, restorative practices, and deep rest.
Herbal, Floral & Plant Medicines – Work with non-psychoactive herbs and entheogenic plant teachers to support your healing intentions and deepen your connection to the natural world.
Relationship with Earth, Spirit & the Unseen – Tending to your innate relationships to the land, the cycles of nature, Spirit, the animal and plant kingdoms, and the unseen realms.
Restoring Your Connection to Body & Nourishment – Heal your relationship with food and body image, embracing nourishment as a sacred practice and food as medicine.
The foundations of my work with women
At The Adeptist, we are reclaiming and embodying our wise woman ways and practices. Through this remembrance, we deepen our connection to the feminine force within, restoring balance in ourselves and the collective—a world yearning for feminine love, nourishment, and renewal.
Nourishment
Women thrive when their bodies are well-fed and deeply nourished. Yet, diet culture and male-focused science have distanced women from understanding what true nourishment looks like.
Malnourishment contributes to hormonal imbalances and womb-related conditions, while deep nourishment fosters an internal sense of safety—creating the fertile ground needed for the type of healing and transformation we explore in this space.
Womb-centered living
Our wombs are the center from which we, as women, are designed to navigate life. The phases of our menstrual cycle are our blueprint, anchoring us to our innate feminine rhythms that turn on our life force energy and creative power.
When we disconnect from the womb, we sever our connection to the very source of our feminine energy.
Here, we are embracing the womb as the earth of our bodies—honoring her cycles and learning how to properly tend to our womb space.
Ceremony & ritual
The earliest known rituals—and the very origin of the word itself—are rooted in women’s menstrual cycles, woven into the fabric of womanhood.
Ritual is innate to us, yet its loss has alienated women from a profound space of practice, prayer, and ceremony—a space in which women naturally thrive.
Through ritual and ceremony, we reunite with the unseen, the feminine mysteries, and the deeper currents of our being—awakening remembrance and bringing to life the feminine spirit within.
Who is my work here to support?
The woman who is ready to descend into her womb space, activate the healer/adeptist within and embrace her feminine energy as a source of power and magic.
If you’re considering working together, you might relate with some (or many) of the following statements:
You feel the call to reconnect with the your womb, the cycles and the wild feminine within you.
Your life lacks pleasure, play, and fulfillment, and you often feel like you’re just going through the motions.
You desire a sacred, nourishing relationship—whether you're in a partnership that feels stagnant or struggling to attract a partner that truly meets you.
You experience painful or challenging menstrual cycles—PMS, irregularity, or discomfort—because you haven’t been honoring your body’s natural rhythms.
You know you’re disconnected from your feminine energy and feel stuck in masculine overdrive—always pushing, striving, and doing.
You engage in high-intensity, masculine-driven workouts (like CrossFit or intense weight training) that leave you feeling depleted rather than nourished.
You struggle to access your deeper emotions and desires, feeling numb, shut down, or unsure of what you truly want.
You feel disconnected from your womb and cycle, wanting to develop a deeper relationship with your body-based wisdom and instincts.
You long to awaken your feminine radiance and magnetism but don’t know where to start.
You have difficulty slowing down, resting, and receiving, feeling guilt or resistance around softness and surrender.
You struggle with self-worth, perfectionism and body image, seeking to embrace yourself fully but often feeling disconnected or critical.
You’ve been conditioned to suppress your sensuality and feminine essence, feeling shame or resistance around expressing your natural beauty and power.
You desire a connection to something greater—Spirit, the Earth, the unseen realms—but feel unsure of how to cultivate these relationships.
You long for sacred sisterhood and deeper relationships with other women, but past wounds or competition have made it difficult to trust and connect.
You feel uninspired by your job and crave deeper purpose, passion, and alignment in your work.
