Nourished is an in depth female nutrition course that takes into account female physiology and the menstrual cycle. Where most of mainstream wellness fails to acknowledge the nuances of the female endocrine system as it pertains to nutrition and self care, nourished speaks directly to the full spectrum of women’s health, giving women the tools to feel confident in the way that they care for and nourish their bodies, at very stage of their womanhood.

Learning how to nourish my body, eat for my womanhood, eat foods that reduce stress chemistry and optimize my metabolism, liberated me from the narratives around restriction and disempowerment.

In addition, one of my deepest joys in this life is nourishing those around me. If you've been a guest in my home, you know you will always leave nourished.

This course is near and dear to my heart. And while you're not in my home, around my kitchen table, I am excited for the frequency of nourishment to extend into your home/life, through this 5 week journey we will be embarking on together.
