The Intention of these Immersions:

As a Women’s Health Practitioner and Women’s Work Facilitator, I am deeply passionate about returning to our feminine roots. By 'feminine roots,' I refer to the practices, rituals, and ways of being that existed before the patriarchy. This includes our knowledge of medicinal plants and their uses, regular participation in circles and ceremonies with other women, connection to our womb, living in harmony with our menstrual cycles, and maintaining a bond with the unseen realms.

In mine and my fellow facilitator’s experiences, it is this connection that keeps us well as women. Without it, we lose our ground. We feel overly stressed and under fulfilled, we lose touch with our deeper purpose, and we find ourselves overthinking and stuck in our heads, rather than pleasurably experiencing life through our bodies. We forget that our female form and menstrual cycles mirror the cosmic feminine wisdom that underlies all life and creation at large. We feel burnt out and struggle with health issues. Life feels hard. And we just want a break!!

All of this and more is a result of women being cut off from their feminine roots. These weekend immersions are designed to provide a space for deep rest and nourishing self-care while guiding you to realign with your wild feminine nature. Step outside the day-to-day grind and the endless pursuit of productivity, and be guided back into the temple of your own body. Join an intimate group of women who are seeking the same connection and restoration.

The Significance of Gathering Around the Fall Equinox:

Gathering together in ceremony over the fall equinox holds profound significance for women. This sacred and auspicious time marks a transition from the outward and fully expressed energy of summer to the introspection and inward pull of autumn. As we come together, we honor the cycles of nature and our own cycles reflected in the earth’s seasonal shifts. Through shared rituals and our collective intention to honor this transition, we create the space to receive its many blessings. Gathering in this way aligns us with our instinctual, wild feminine wisdom, while strengthening and fortifying us as we prepare for the inward journey of the colder months.

Education and Deeper Learning:

This retreat blends deep rest, with deep learning. This experience is especially for women seeking knowledge around cyclical living, menstrual cycle awareness practices, womb wisdom, earth-integrated healing, holistic women’s health and deepening on their feminine spiritual path.
