Love My Luteal Phase

As we transition into autumn, I am reminded of the wisdom of the luteal phase.

The luteal phase of the 28 day female menstrual cycle represents our internal fall. Often misunderstood and overlooked, the luteal phase has the potential to be a potent time of reflection, insight and self discovery.

The luteal phase is often associated with PMS and PMDD symptoms, such as anxiety, irritability, intense emotional waves, bloating and more. Upon initiating our work together, many of my clients report hardly being able to recognize themselves as they move through their luteal phase and approach their menstrual cycle.

This leaves many women feeling out of control and disconnected from themselves. However, it's not meant to be like this! The luteal phase is not a burden but rather a source of profound insight and transformation when nurtured correctly.

In this workshop, Elizabeth will guide you through the art of embracing and optimizing your luteal phase for better hormonal outcomes and overall cyclical health.

You’ll learn how to use each cycle to tap into the power of this phase and reap its abundant benefits. If you struggle with PMS or PMDD, you’ll learn how to take steps to correct this.

During this workshop, we’ll explore:

1. The Essence of Your Luteal Phase: Understand the natural rhythms of your body and the significance of the luteal phase in your female experience.

2. Self-Care and Nourishment: Discover how to care for yourself during this phase and throughout the entirety of your cycle; exploring foods, herbs, and practices that can seamlessly support your luteal phase and enhance your overall hormonal health.

3. Inner and Shadow Work: Learn how to use this phase to dive into your inner world, shadow work, and spiritual exploration, all of which can thrive during this introspective phase of your cycle.

4. Stress Reduction and Personal Insight: Learn how to reduce stress, reconnect with yourself, and gain valuable personal insights to enhance your life during this unique phase.

Your luteal phase is not a time to push past your biological limits but an opportunity to slow down, listen to your body, and nurture yourself properly. Join Elizabeth in this transformative workshop where you feel empowered and inspired to reclaim your cyclicality as a woman and use your luteal phase as a source of nourishment, self-care, and personal growth.

Just as fall is a season of harvest, your luteal phase is a time for you to drop back into more receptivity and reap the benefits of the outward action that you performed during your follicular and ovulatory phase. By gradually pumping the breaks on external action and allowing yourself to gracefully descend towards menstruation (your internal winter), you will observe this practice completely transform your experience of your cycle and your overall hormonal health.

Don't miss this chance to tap into the richness of your luteal phase and step into a more regulated, self-aware and vibrant version of yourself.
